Your granpa is in paradise
singing and dancing
ypur granpas not in any more pain
he's smiling at you from above
he's helping the children chase rainbows
he's helping God keep the lights of hope lite
for all loved ones he and others had to leave behind
forever you will be in his heart
forever you will be his little girl
forever he will be in yours
along with your dreams
he knows things were not pleasant for you when he left
but he believes you will make it thru
and all the sadness in time will fade away
but the sweet memories will be around for many days
your granpa will be always be there
when you welcome & accept the changing of each season
the rain wind and snow
enjoy sunny skies,autumn leaves
mist of the fog as well as the
buds in the spring
listen to a sad song or watch a sad movie
cry yourself out
listen to the purring of a kitten
play frisby with a puppy
go fly a kite, hug yourself a tree
say good morning to a sunrrise
say goodbye to a sunset
listen for your echo up in the mountains
follow the moving clouds
walk in the rain
camp out for a night or two
dance and sleep under the moon
sit at a stream hook up a pole
gaze at the stars
skip a rock
listen to the crickets and the frogs
all of nature is waitng for a silent audience
look up and beyond the tender skies
twirl around ,enjoy the view
live your life to the fullest
he is pleased that your learning how to live
he has heard all your prayers you sent to God
he was called home
he wants you to know
that he feels your love
and that his loves for you will never disappear from his heart
life for him stopped here
but a new beginning started in the presence of the Lord...

this is dedicated to Melissa....
a poem she wrote struck my heart.....I know your going to be alright...when we lose some one we love, our hopes look dim..but when we are ready to accept..all things illuminate entirely upon us.....there is always a reason for everything..(God doesn't carry us that far to drop us)

Hey jus wanted to say thank you for that poem. it was a very nice poem, and it brought tears to my eyes which i held back. maybe i do need to cry and let it all out again once in awhile. But thanks for the poem it was very good. thanks a lot. and i am accepting his death and each day i wake up i know he's dead now and not alive, it's hard for me to accept it but i'm accepting it. it's going to take a lil more time i guess i dont know. I guess it takes time for people to accept new things, like it's going to take time for my mom and step dad to accept that i'm dating a 24 year old guy, that i truely love and care for, even though he does not know my real true feelings, but i'm working on sum way of telling him my true feelings. thanks a lot.

Melissa......

Thank you! i'm glad you liked it........and good luck...i hope this guy treats you well, and returns your love....you deserve a good life...do not rush yourself in growing up too fast...if he does return the love doesn't break your heart and can provide you the kind of life your deserving of.....your parents will not see a problem w/the age difference.....i too have a daughter and her happiness is my biggest concern,it will hurt me to see her heart broken again... i tell my son to love a girl w/o breaking her heart..because that young lady will be my daughter too and i want him to make her happy..
