I want to spend some time
With an old friend of mine
I want to sing some songs
Over a bottle of wine
Its gonna' take some time now
to find out what I feel
I need my best friend
Oh yeah, that is me.
I want to write some words
That no ones ever heard
I want to write some notes
Cause they are my cure
Its gonna, take some time now
To find out how I feel
I need my best friend
Oh yeah , that is me.
I have to fill these empty places
That lie within my heart
I have to dry these tear filled eyes
And make a brand new start
Its gonna take some time now
To find out who I am
I need my best friend
Oh yeah, that is me

Sometimes when life hands you a bunch of bad apples you have to rely on what you already have.. You are the only one who knows you... and you always know what you need,. if you just listen to what you have to say....... |
