Fading

My life is fading away
Drifting further
Day after day
Emptiness choking me
To the point of agony
Take a deep breath
Step into my reality
See all my lies
The emptiness
And then you may cry
Hidden stories
Hidden lies
Hidden are tears I cry
I awake in the darkness
Searching for the light
It wasn't to be found
This cold winters night
The darkness is alive
It has me within its grasps
Holding me tightly
I can't brake free
It is consuming me
