Daddy

It hasn't quite registered yet,
But the smiles are quickly fading from right before the set.

Everything was so simple before,
That fatefuly time of 12:24.

My daddy is now no longer here,
Only because he picked up his keys after that Gosh-forsaken beer.

If this is true, I am so sorry. I know what it's like to lose a father. Good poem, keep it up!

I'm Sorry )=

I am sorry that this happened to you! I have had the same thing happen to me too(except for my dad's story was with drugs!). It really does suck. I hope that you are getting over it though. Just know that it's not your fault! ok?
