Silver Lining

I finally saw the silver lining today
and I know deep in my heart everything'll be okay
I never thought it was real
but now I know that God's sending me a great deal
Everything that I thought was turning out bad
is starting to look a little less sad
Jeremey moving away
hurt me so bad that I wished he would stay
though I doubt we'll ever keep in touch
but all is well, because now I won't be looked down upon as much
Arney quiting school
made you miss him so much
that you couldn't help but feel like a pretty big fool
It's all for the best
because Mandy's here now and if he was still here
you two would have to lay quite low
I know deep in my heart everything'll be okay
because I finally saw the silver lining today.
