The Last Ten Months by Your Melody

I used to be a nerd
I had glasses, and lots of acne
I got straight A's and always did what I was told
I could look into the mirror
and know exactly who I was on the inside.
Now I'm this rebel teen
I have shocking red hair and piercing green eyes
My grades are slipping
and I've started doing drugs
I don't know who I am anymore
I feel like I have no reflection
Am I good or am I bad?

Am I the volleyball playing, straight A student,
sweet and innocent good girl? Am I the pot smoking school skipping,
good girl gone bad, rebel teen?
Who am I?
Good or bad?

Mel, another great poem...we all have good and bad in each one of us no matter who we are.we all go thru a phase.. we all have a light and dark side in our life...it helps us decide who we are ,where we find our comfort in. we all have to challenge change,
make choices,take responsibility, face consequences...
other wise how will we ever be able to know what another person is going thru..that would be helpful in not passing judgement on others..Terrie*
