The Grass Is Always Greener

The grass is always greener
where you water it
The grass is always greener
where you water it
The grass is always greener
where you water it
Water it....water it....water it....
and watch it gro..o..o..ow!

They say down in Jamaica
They are dancing night and day
Well, Baby, I can maybe take ya
as far as Monterey by the bay

I want a life that's simple
I want to have a little fun
Want to rise up with the wings of an eagle
and breathe in the oxygen

Now I heard that life's water
is flowing free for everyone
So I dove in like an otter
'cause I thought I "oughter" get me some

When I find my true lover
I've got a good plan for sure
I'll take her to a field of clover
and plant warm, wet kisses on her

The grass is always greener
where you water it
The grass is always greener
where you water it
The grass is always greener
where you water it
Water it....water it....water it....
and watch it gro..o..o..ow!

------- Author's Notes -------

Now here is a simple scientific experiment that anyone can do! Find a patch of grass and water only one half of it. Then, after a few months see which grass looks greener! Now water the whole patch and see what happens in a few more months. This is not a contest, but the winner gets a lot of greener grass!! Oh, this one is cool when read with a "Reggae" beat thumping in the center of your brain! Thanks! ***Ben

Hey Nice one Ben!

Really like the rhythm you put into it, really nice! I can't believe what a toe-tapper it is! Great job! Loved it!
