Water gently lapping my ankles
As the tide rushes covering the sand
Washing away my stresses
Setting them free to go far from me

I gaze at the sunrise before me
The sun just breaks the surface
Greeting a new day
Colors blazing the horizon

A sand crab runs in front of me
Accross the freshly drying sand
Digging his sanctuary from the heat
He watchs me, assuring his own safety

Gulls fly over heard soaring in the breeze
Searching for morsels left behind
By the retreating tides
Addng to the picture of a perfect day

Thanks for the sea-side picture, most beautiful of all, was theat I feel, that release stress, sent to fly where ever, with sea-gulls.
