Bluebonnets dancing
In the prairie breeze
Baby quail prancing
'Round the cottonwood trees
Red river winding
Oh, so lazily
God's own hand is writing
Texas poetry!

Meadow lark calling
Her song sounds so sweet
Tumbleweeds crawling
Over the mesquite
Train whistle blowing
Going right through me
It's alive and glowing
Texas poetry!

Come on now, Baby,Let's kick up some dirt
Be my lover and friend
Won't you run with me
In the wild wind
Hey, let's stop stalling
And spread out our wings
Oh, we both know it's calling
Texas Poetry!

Pack your gypsy skirt
And your high heel boots

Have ourselves a hoot
It will be something
I'm sure you'll agree
It can't be touched by nothing
Texas poetry!

We can go dancing
By the light of the moon
I'll show you romancing
Make all your senses swoon
Under those big skies
You'll belong to me
And drink in with your own eyes
Texas poetry!

Sha, la, la, la,
La, la, la, la, la
Texas poetry
Dee, dee, deedly
Dee, dee, dee
Texas Poetry!

Ben's Tumble Weed Twist, Texas Style

Ben,

Enjoyed the dance, and the chance for romance. I can see your Gypsy Girl, kicking up her Steleto heels and hear the train's whistle blow. Got to agree, there is something about, Texas poetry, and U 2 Ben, ani't figured it yet, though.

I call this "Action Poetry, Texas Style

This was fun, thanks Ben
