To Be Shared
Author: Clive B Ringshall

As tight as can be youíre beauty is hidden,
Only your outer shell shows it self to the world beyond,
This can not deceive to others youíre true self,
Iíve known you for three years now,
Iíve seen you open and become so bright,
Iíve seen you close to protect from the cold,
No matter how you appear to others this is how I see,

Your beautiful this you know,
Putting many others to shame, you do this well
You protect yourself from harm,
If you could talk youíd have a tongue that could cut,
Like a true model your movements are all planed,
Youíre fragrance is so enticing,
Like the beauty you hold; it must be shared,
To hold such beauty for only one must be a crime,

So this Iíll do and do for you,
Iíll take you by the stem to cut you free,
Youíre colour will shine, youíre fragrance will last,
As I find a vase to reflect who you are,
The rose I grow every year.

I can see almost see it!

Hello Clive! Nature is breathtaking, and such a lovely sight to look at...It can remind you of all sorts of beautiful things...Clouds, which sometimes take the form of hot mashed potatoes, and the sun pours over into it like hot butter...The grass, which sometimes looks like a painting, with a stroke of an artists paintbrush----as well as the lovely canvas in the sky!! I love your insight on nature...The way you can actually see the beauty of it, and compare it to something------so expressful!! Delightful poem "poetic genius", on nature entitled, "To Be Shared"!!
