when my life is turned upside down
my mind wonders to you
and i can understand why
the regret of what i lost
and what i've done comes flashing back
you are such an amazing person
i'm ashamed of what i've done
i feel i've lost a part of my life
i will never beable to recover
but i'm so confused
when life is great and my heart feels joy
i'll still look to the sky
and wonder where you are
thinking i must've messed up god's plan for us
must've changed those stars
must've turned the angel's upside down above
for giving us up
but through all the regret, confusion
bad times and the good
i'll never stop dreaming
or thinking of you
