Yet another chapter in my life is over
A great love lost at sea
I fought the battle bravely
Fought what was inevitable to be
But somehow I will carry on
Somehow I have already begun
My heart will beat heavier than before
My love will fall deeper
And the happiness I feel
Will be all my own
Another chapter in my book of life ends
But I am not sad for what I had
I am sad for what I lost
And that this particular chapter has to be done
