The coils of embrace
Are the faded memories
Toiled and contorted
Like the withering night's end
Portraying of the corrupted
Disturbed in the soul
Endured false happiness
Secured only of its toll
Placid heart of stone
Now on wit's end; about to break
Forever lost in wander
With sorrow in its wake

I'm glad both your poems were requested, because the imagery, your word usage, is beyond any prominent poet.... You write like a novelist.... Your mind works miracuously when writing a poem.... Whether in love, fate, happiness, friendship, or other.... One can FEEL the profound pain, and aching in your chest..... Deep words!! Very, very beautiful!! I'm sorry about your love lost though.... I'm really glad someone enjoys my work. As a matter of fact, I've been working on a novel, but apparently I haven't the patience to write it. =P But I try to put my soul into what I write; whether it's my own faults or someone else's.
