Back Away

Little flowers, waking up, to the morning dew
Showing off, the rainbows, painted, by the morning sun
Sanding tall, and giving beauty, “my,” my heart is warmed
Its just amazes to me…, considering, last night’s storm!

Little flowers, how fragile they are, they have no insurance
Like you and I, should a crisis fall, they only have the morning due
And the sun, that gives them life, amazing…, how, they survive
Can’t help, but believe, the flowers are telling me, love, survives

I can’t just, walk away, I see, the little flowers, as I head to my car
Feel humble, and great respect, for all, they have been through
This may be a good day, it may, be hell day, but, one thing, I know
If, those little flowers, survived last night’s storm, than so, can our heart

No matter what life brings, please, think upon these things
The little flowers, stand a lone, you and I have companies
They have billions of dollars, they get them from us
Because, we pay them, to take care of us.

Perhaps, we have, thrown away our trust, and backed away
From the morning dew, and the sun rays, that brought these
Little flowers through the storm, could it be? They have more trust
In their God, then we have, we have one, don’t we? Or do we, just,

“Back away?”

FAB....!!

Just grand the way your words pour out... I never thought about the flowers that way... I'm thankful to you, for making me realize how blessed we are to have a companion.... Unlike flowers, we have a better chance at survival and life, than they do.... Great comparison Martin!

Smiles,
Meridian

Fab-u-lous!

My Words, come from you!

Meridian,
I'm the one who is thankful, I do not ware the scars, nor, did I feel your pain, Yet, your honesty, burns, deep inside of me. If God can shelter, the hummingbird and flowers, then he surley has, the love, to shelter us. I bow before your pain, I felt it when he broke your heart, and all I can do, is flutter like a hummingbird, over the beauty of your heart, and know, as he takes care of us, he will take care of you.

I like this one

Reminds me of the story in the bible about the little bird and how God takes care of him and how we should know he will also take care of us.. I guess that is really paraphrased ;) but I think you knwo what I mean... If we just weather the storm in the morning things will look better... great read...

I know the story, of which you speak

Tarna,

I remebmber a verse, the lord our God, shelters, even the little sparrow. Often, no matter how strong we think we are, God will bring us down and then he says to us, give me your love, and I will shelter you, as I do the sparrow.

Thank You Tarna,
