Move On
9 June, 2004

Everything is different now,
What I knew is gone,
A new life has started,
So it’s time to move on.

The bitterness of the past,
The pain that I once knew,
Still resides in my future,
Even though I must start anew.

The feelings that I felt,
All the people that I knew,
They say I must forget,
But how can I ever forget you?

The only person I really needed,
Is now my angel but he’s gone,
So please just tell me,
How can I possibly move on?

------- Author's Notes -------

People always tell you to forget, but that's the worst thing you could do. My advice to you is to remember...

Always remeber

Always remember... but be able to put your past in a cedar chest where you can place it safely away in the corner of your heart till you need to open it and reminise. Taking a look at it again from time to time. Then closing the lid once again and going on with the present.... Good writing

Kit,

this is beautiful...i have to agree w/Tarna..always REMEMBER..you ,yourself know how much of a memory your heart can tolerate, erase all pain it will not but it will offer you some insight inspiration to move on..you'll hear your dads voice telling you so my dear..you will do just fine and he is very proud of you!! as i am...love/hugs to you .
