Ive wandered the earth since the first grain of sand,
I witnessed the first time man killed man,
And all the time I try to hide,
I take a name, someone else's life.

I cannot say my real name,
I tell the truth, I'm not insane,
I've lived so long, just trying to hide,
And everyone I've loved has died.

The past, it comes to haunt me now,
Throughout my times, I don't see how
Or why I cannot leave this life,
or die by someone else's knife.

Although i bleed like other souls,
my body always remains whole,
I cannot die, i cannot live,
and nothing's left for me to give.

Amateur!

Hey Hellsing! So it's like you're immortal.... You have wounds, but they heal right up..... This is just like Wolverine almost, in "X-Men"... You describe things very well Hellsing!

no title

yeah...immortal...it can be painful, seeing so many lives and times dwindle past like the grains of sand falling from an hour glass. the only difference, however, is the last grain shall never fall.
