Eyes of wond'rous light
Ignite my lonely night
Cleansing souls and fears
For nearly fifteen years

Goodness and compassion
Stir me in such a fashion
My heart goes akimbo
Tossed into a feverish limbo

Perhaps I wandered, perhaps I'm lost
My soul lies here, tempest-tossed
But in her lips and on her skin
Lies the strength that lies within

I'd ask her to leave, but I want her to stay
For in those eyes, I pray I forever stay
