"So, this is life" she said
As she looked into his eyes
Finally knowing what love is
Being shown by one of the most unsuspecting guys

"This is why I'm living?
To love someone like you?
To love someone with such heart and soul
To love someone like you?"

"Yes" he said sd he held his heart out
Waiting for her to take
Hoping he hadn't just made a fool of himself
Hoping he hadn't made a mistake

Looking down in puzzlement
And not quite sure what to do
She takes his heart in her hands
And gently says "I love you"
