Friends.... by Jughead

They come they go.
They bring along with them laughter and joy.
Happiness and excitment.
Being your confidant when you need one.
Helping you when your down.
But friends do not last forever.
It's a never ending search for a new one to replace the one you lost.
Having to change as you proceed further into your life.
Never will they last for all people have different thoughts and feeling...
Ambitions and needs.
Forever is just a few good years u spent together.
One day your both the best of friends the other day both turns into total stranger to one an other.
So value what you have now the things you share with your friends.
Enjoy the fun and joy they bring to you or vice versa.
For you will them in a way you will never know...

It's true, some friends do come and go.... But, my aunt and this other woman have been friends almost 20 something years, and I hope they continue to remain friends.... There's nothing like a good friend, who has your back....

nice writing
but it really doesn't sound like you have been truely blessed with the true friend yet.. aquintances come and go but a true friend is there to the end... no matter to distance or time.. good poem expressing the feeling of needing a kindred spirit....
