Whispering Hearts

Whispering hearts crying out in the night
Secretly hiding their fight for the light
Her dealing with the loss of a life
Him dealing with a lunatic wife.

They met one day just by chance
She smiled at him from a glance
He walked away and wanted to know more
Could this be the heart he'd been searching for

As the days went by, she wouldn't give in
Which gave him the courage and the strength within
To pursue this woman he wanted to know
The one in his eyes with the everglow

With each day passing he challenged his mind
For the wonder of love he hoped he would find
Would she give in and give him a chance
Could he help her to believe again in the magic of romance

Then the day came when yes was her reply
This wonderful man she could no longer deny
His eyes like the ocean so deep and blue
Her heart with his, have now become two

Through the obstacles that they face ahead
The love in their hearts can only grow strong and spread
Throughout one another when two becomes one
When the day comes and their new life has begun

Dreams of holding each other and never letting go
A lifetime of happiness will surely follow
Being strong and holding on to one another at night
These two whispering hearts have found their light

StarlightDreamer, beautifully written...

this is an excellent read,
very romantic indeed...
a happy ever after
finding that true love
