Not Sure - 2

Not Sure
Because some people are kind and fair.
They have to beware.
Others will take advantage.
It's easy to get hurt,when you're at a disadvantage.
Being hurt isn't as bad if you know you did your best.
Knowing that you treat others kindly.
And that you aren't like them lets you keep your pride.

I'm just Not Sure if being kind and fair is the way to
survive this world. NOT SURE.

I know what you mean here, Barb ... yet we do need people to be kind. It's unfortunate that some people will take advantage of kindness. Good thoughts.

I know you're right

It just seems the nasty ones get respect and are too tough skinned to get hurt.

Barb, 'aye doll, you are sooo right..

some folks act like you OWE them the world or that they OWN the world. My way of thinkin' is,do not change for someone else, most of all do not let them change you, ,when you allow your heart to callous up as theirs has ,it is you that loses out, why become bitter when a kind hearted Jesture/thought moves more mountains, being obnoxious and rude..only brings you down and makes you live miserable dark gloomy life w/no friends..one survives by keeping a compassionate heart..remember one loves a cheerful giver..

oh boy did I need that

Thanks terrie you are right when I'm being kind I walk away feeling good about myself, when I see rude and nasty people I am disgusted and wonder how can they be like that. I'd rather feel good about myself, rather than have everything except self respect. thanks again terrie your words made me stop and think.
