Love's Confusion
25 August, 2004

I'm lost in heaven’s hell,
confused, bewildered, and under a spell,
such sweet pain, pleasure glazed in torture,
tears for hatred? Love? My heart’s butchered.

Days seem so dull, and nights are just so long.
Dreams are no longer sweet, screams fill the night,
tossing and turning, 'cause I cant see your eyes.

Oh what a sweet nightmare, stars going dim,
falling for you, heart aching with sin.
Fingers reaching out, touching nothing but nothing,
eyes are strained, bloodshot for something.

My hands ach, there’re covered in blood,
I have no more tears, and the night’s still young,
I'm lost in time, space, confused,
I’ve lost my grip, and I’ve lost my place,
I'm running a race, I'm sure to lose,
but I keep running, pushing myself,
hurting myself, just for you.

------- Author's Notes -------

Loveing someone and not knowing why. Metaphorically speaking of course.

You hurt

You hurt yourself, so that he would stay! Good job Luc! Nice metaphor! I love this subject! And I love your objective! Nice Luc!

Love (distance)almost makes you cry out! Real good with words....
Smiles,
Meri
