Tell me a story
Where love can be
Just a sweet story
To help comfort me
Tell me of something
Which always goes right
Where candles can burn,
And we dance slowly all night
Tell me a story
Where I can close my eyes
Just to slowly dream
And hear no cries
Tell me a story
Of something pure and true
Where you can be with me
And me with you
Tell me a story
Hold me close
Don’t let go
Let the world stand still
Tell me story
Where we can have it all
Where I’ll know you’ll catch me
When ever I fall
Tell me a story
Just a sweet simple story
