I Love You

We were together
Under the moon’s gentle beams
Hand in hand we strolled
To love’s gentle streams

I caressed your face
Gave you my love filled kiss
To wipe away the tears
From the mother that you miss

I held you close
Took your trembling hand
Held it tight
Helped you to stand

When the moon began to fade
And the sun began to rise
I was still there holding you
Much to your surprise

My love for you is forever
I will never leave your side
All I ask is love and trust
And in my heart you will reside

Keith, very touching...nice touch....

every woman loves a romantic poem..and you have her hearts attention as well as her love...
don't ever stop sharing your heart w/her...speaking from a womans point of view...we love to be singled out like this just as we love to focus our love upon ours truely...
thanx for sharing a piece of your heart for we know where the remaining goes...
