Never Alone

Most of us moan.

When we think we are alone.

Feeling alone and helpless is scarey.

Some may not have family or friends close by.

But we are never alone.

In time of need people are there to help.

Being nice and friendly to them before you needed help.

When you need help they don't mind being a good samaritan.

So that if kind and nice to others is how you are.

You are NEVER ALONE.

Barb, your a remarkable woman........

i can relate to this, just last night when i went to go pick my daughter up from work a young gentleman was pushing his car out of traffic, do you think anyone stopped noooo. i parked my car at the corner ,totally unaware, he felt his car move smoothly...i winked at him and said 'aye i've got 6 brothers..i guess the idea of a woman helping a gentleman push a car startled many that three other cars stopped ..'aye the more hands the merrier..i offered him the use of my cell...he was touched he thanked me , i told him ,don't mention it just return it when someone needs the extra set of hands..one never knows when we will need a hand or when the lord will use us...love your words...i can tell your never ALONE...HUGS/LOVE

Barb, as i see it...

we are placed here to spread and share the love he has given us..it doesn't matter if we get it in return, it matters if you do things out of the kindness of your heart unconditionaly...our true rewards come from the Lord...a dear friend and co-worker put himself in a heartfelt selfless situation in front of many at a city busstop..he pushed a man in a wheel chair AWAY from danger of an approaching car..aiming at the gentleman...you got it..the car struck and killed this good samaritan....such a sacrafice..he didn't think twice he just went straight to what was in his heart..but that was what he was all about.....he was blessed with overwhelming love for the lord..he died instantly..sad i know..

explain myself

Terrie I didn 't mean a material reward. I meant that if you do a good deed then someone will do you a good deed that's what I meant by reward. Sorry I didn't express myself right.))))

True

True Barb --if we are kind and friendly to others we will never be alone -- always have someone there to help or listen

'Aye Doll,you didn't have to.....

explain yourself..i knew exactly what you meant Hun..Good deeds are being done every day unnoticed by many of us , mi-nute as they may be but not by the Lord is what i was getting at.every new day is a reward present that we unwrap that comes tied w/its own ribbon of many rewards ...friendship is one as you have presented to me, a smile which also came when you tried to explain to me..which was not necessary..but i love thae fact that friends do that for friends thank you..

Love Your Neighbor

Barb,

I hear your message, Love your neighbor, though they may be, three thousand miles away or, just next door. If, you love them as Barb, you do, when you need them, they will be there for you, no, they won't ask your name, they just remember, when you were there for them.

This is, a Kick'em the butt poem, don't mean to be rude. Yet, I have a hard head, ypur poem, Barb, pointed me, it the right direction. Like, I feel you say, help a stranger, you do not not, Hey Barb, I did that yesterday. Paid the bill for a guy, I have seen for years, as he walked, under, the 51st street bridge. I was buying chicken, he, his name is David, he told me he was a JEW, What the heel do I care. Part of waht I paid for David, was some...., Rodent Kill, I know where he lives, but, this was the FIRST time, I had the pleasure, to speak to him. I have gone to far, Barb, I will tell you more in the message center.

Great, kick them in the heart poem.

So I kicked some butts

it would be nice if people would treat others with respect and kindness. I know I'm dreaming but what a nice dream.
