Promise Me

Please promise me
That you'll never tell a soul
About what I have just told you
Because if you do
Nothing will be the same
Everyone will change
And so will you

If you tell someone
Things will be different
Between me and you
So promise me
You won't tell a soul
Or everything will change
Especially you

Tabitha,nice writing..

this is simply a precious read, how true... to reveal in confidence and to betray that promise, will cause change..it may make or break a relationship..all depends on the strength of the given relationship..some secrets shouldn't be kept and some should....if they are not yours to share/tell...

To trust

Trust another as I do myself,
Would I tell you as myself,
Bring you in to my world and beyond,
To trust you as I do,
One thing will never change,
My trust in you

Great words

Clive said it all

To trust another as yourself,
it takes a trust like nothing else.
Once you do you never know
just what, that someone will show.
But if you love them
let them know
just how much you trust them so.
GREAT POEM
