Alone I Stood...

vinebar

alone I stood off a faraway wall
among many roses
ready to wilt and fall

you gave life to some one like me
you gave me hope
as you opened up my heart so I could see

you gave me life
when you offered your love to me
Darling there is nothing under the blue skies
that can compare
to what you have given me

what I offer you
has already been used
what I offer you has never been abused

all that I offer you had at one time been so loved
what I offer you is yours till the end of my days
what i offer you is the love of my life

nothing new under the sun

Line 9 sounds like that! SPLENDID JOB GIRLIE! To be loved, to feel love, to know love, to love love-----celebrate good times come on! "True Love brings hearts back to life".....so true!
Love revives a heart, love restores a heart, it rejuvenates a heart! The three R's of love!

As always, beautifully expressive Lady T!
Smiley face,
Meri
