She sat there gripping her phone tightly in both hands as if his life depended on it
Watched her tears fall in the reflection of its blank screen
waiting for him to call and say he was ok

She'd never been so scared in her life
She knew what it was to have those thaughts
The ones that arn't his own and yet they're a part of him

The dark.
She sat there waiting not to be discovered
The fear.
It wasn't for herself

not for a second.

Her eyes snapped closed
Unable to bare the weight of thaughts of him feeling like that
"Just dont" she pleaded. "I love you"

"Just dont"
