As waves of sleep drift over me
my dreams become reality;
cleansing wounds deep inside my soul,
casting demons from their black hole.

The tide soon floods my mind with peace
as hostage thoughts are soon released.
In dreams I live in fantasy,
where tangled thoughts find sanity.

The waves caress me through the night,
my soul is healed, my mind has sight.
As tides go out at break of dawn
I feel refreshed, my demons gone

Dreams & Sleep
Excellent material, very clear and meaniful to me. Though, I find it difficult to sleep, so much on my mind, perhaps in my sole.. Can't sort it all out, though I try each night.

Very to the point in a soft, gentle way.

I liked it Cap... one of your better ones in my opinion. Can't say I can relate to it though as the most I can sleep is about 3 hours each night... I am constantly tired... but then again I probably never reach REM... good work, hope you submit more soon.

Going through a bad patch at the moment and the only time I feel at peace is when I'm asleep....even though it may not be for long and I don't often remember any dreams.
