Oh! That Damn Baby
Author: Capricorn

I've just got up this morning
and I'm running late.
Shall I check my messages?
No they'll have to wait!

Baby is crying!

I have to carry on now
I need to mop the floor,
and wash up the dishes.
Oh this is such a bore!

Baby is still crying!

I have to carry on now
and get some ironing done.
Really! - what a lot there is
this is not much fun.

Oh that baby is still crying!

Just look at the windows,
baby I'll not listen.
I must shine them well now,
until they really glisten.

Oh, damn that baby crying!

Oh! damn you computer
with your big baby eyes
I can't resist any longer!
-any messages, a surprise!

Oooooh! Mama loves her baby now

I'm going to get you for this one, Cap!

All I thought was "child abuse," and it "was" child abuse, you played with my youthful mind. This time, you went to far, you were so, un-kind! I have the same baby, crying all the TIME! I love your poems, but, I'm going to get you for this one Cap!

How cruel and cooooooool you are, Cap, I going to get you.

you sound like my bestfriend interesting I feel that you was worn out and tired and frustrated and that's ok just as long as you don;t hit the babies.

Ha,ha,ha, I thought you were pissed off with the neighbor's baby. You had me fooled, good one!

To Barb, Martin V. Stacey, Lasohnda, and Dino.

Hope I didn't worry you too much Barb, I haven't `flipped' just yet.

I'm looking forward to you getting me back, haha! Yes my `baby' seems to cry for me such a lot, can't seem to get things done.

Well I've been drinking that tea again!

Don't worry, I was refering to my computer as the baby, always demanding my attention. My `babies' are both grown up now and I never left them crying for long.

Glad I got you fooled...wondered if this one would have the desired effect.

Thank you all for your comments and `Mama loves her baby now!'

Pay Back for "That Crying Baby."

I can't pay you back, wouldn't try, I'm out classed and know it.

However, I can take you on a tense ride, If, you have the time. take a look at the poem, "Courage Of The Poet's Pen,"
