Eternal Flame
7 November, 2004
Author: Aubrey

vinebar

It flickers in the wind
Blowing every which way
Avoiding the path it is destined to
It changes from blue to yellow with great ease
The contrasting colors seem infallible
Its existence deceives the human eye
And it ties together both love and hate
To burn inside with passion
or to play with the flame, and BE burned
The ambiguity is restless
