Distant Angel

A shaking voice holding back the pain
I whisper in a shaking voice I'm okay,
its like you see right threw me and my mask
I cant play pretend
when you whisper to me you don't sound okay
you see the pain that bleeds threw the telephone
you see the little girl instead of me that cries alone
with a heart empty and a beats with the pulse of a corpse that's
gone cold
holding back the words in fear
I don't want you to see my broken heart
yet the truth is so clear
I've fallen to pieces like a snowing cloud
the parts fell around
unable to be found
an empty place amongst the wall
your picture lays there
you hold me in your arms
and I tell you how much I care
stare into your eyes
its just pretend but its keeping me alive
a body covered in scars
and faith seems so far
no one loves a girl that lays broken
with marks amongst her skin
but you put back the pieces and tell me
that I'm not useless
a angels voice told me its okay
That if I need him he'll be there always,
He told me he loved me to much to turn away

put up my walls I wont let my self fall
or have I already fell
to love will hurt me in the end
he's the key to open my cell
an angel that sits there amongst the window
holding my body close,he's not near but I can sense him
with the little smiles he's memories bring
placing the pieces back together that my hearts always been missing
my distant angel
