Fairytale

Ride the rollar coaster
like all of us do
settle for less than
a dream come true

Its not gonna be a
fairytale he says
but it'll be better
than a man charmed
with decievin
where giving is all I do
and he's always receiving

Mind you there's a downside
when you think you're going up
message in the bottle
and tears in my cup

Passion and brillance
emerges tied to a string
detour from romance
but listen to me sing
Aint no perfect
just try and do right
female and proud
stand or take flight

Ride a rollar coaster
and watch things change
fairy wings on me
have never felt strange
But this isn't a fairy tale
or a coaster ride
but life with its metaphors
and you by my side
