the foolish things we do
and blame it on love
the truth is
we never have to question why
because
we know the truth lies in our hearts
ever do something
totally out of this world?
ever walk a mile
never minding
where you will end?
ever take on a dare
at face value?
and find out you already won
by being the only one with a love so rare
ever just say I just don't care?
where love takes you
just as long as love is there?
ever tac a tattoo
of the one you love
across the nape of your neck?
telling the world
in your own way...
"my baby's got my back.."
whose got yours??????
