It's My Life
29 November, 2004

I have been having
the worst few weeks
of my life.

I do not know
whether it the drugs
or the alcohol that
has ruined my life,
or whether my ruined life
has made me turn to
drugs and alcohol.

I feel it maybe the
later,
for I have fun
when I am,
as high as a kite
or as drunk as an
old man.

But maybe if...
yes if.
I said it.
maybe if they
weren't part...
part of me
of my life
not theirs...
well, they dont understand.

I have fun...
in my ruined life.

I Understand perfectly

makes sense to me. I like the repeating and kind of self speaking in this poem like you are thinking, yes, thinking aloud. :)Neat and different... good job
