Heart Vs Brain

At times my heart will almost die,
At times my heart it sits quiet inside,
My brain it give me the logic,
My brain it sees life completely different,
I live life with my heart out open,
My brain it tells me always beware,
My heart gives the benefit to all that pass,
My heart is trusting through and through,
My heart reaches out for the best in you,
My heart sees the good in you,
My brain is skeptical of every moment,
My brain it tells me right form wrong,
If my heart and head would just work together,
My life would be easy you see,
So close together yet poles apart,
That’s the way they life together,
So I muddle through,
Loving and giving,
I trust in you till I trust no more,
Play me once you’ll not play me again,
Till that day My friends you are,
