Wishing Well
10 December, 2004

I think I'm completely broken
but I still continue
to fall into a million pieces
as I feel love slipping threw my fingertips
one penny at a time, I throw them in the wishing well
I would sell my heart and my soul one at a time.
sell my life to hell for just a dime,
just so I can make one more wish that you'll love me again
A tear drop fallen from my cheeks against my pale skin
finding its way to the water, let it fall as a donation.
a donation of my agony,
and let the memory, of me be washed away,
like a dead flower pluck the peddles let them fall
and don't worry don't bother to stall
I'm just the broken girl with eternal love for a dying cause in my heart,
the little girl that god is determined to tear apart.
