No Charge
Author: Webster

Dear Son,
Here is the money you demanded for
cutting the lawn yesterday. I too, have
a list for you, when you feel you are ready to pay.
For the nights I stayed up when you were
so ill, no charge. For the hours I worked at
the mill for your bills, no charge. For sending
you to college to get your degree, no charge.
For the lifetime I spent on what you are
made of, no charge.
Your Mom
