You never new, my love for you
The time to tell you had come, but you're now gone
Your precious life short lived
impressions you left were big
I cry a river just to see you once more
I'm sorry for my words
Please forgive me, I felt so torn
In my memories you will stay
I'm counting down until the day
We meet again, my beautiful friend

------- Author's Notes -------

This poem is about my best friend that I loved deeply but did'nt have the guts to tell him. He had feelings for me and for some stupid reason I never told him I felt the same way. He died and I regret not telling him how I felt. I've never told anyone how I felt for him so this is my outlet.

Think Al hears your words

Mistress....very moving and I know where there is love...the words are heard beyond our understanding...like a spirit angel feather dropping into one's lap when least expected...thanks for reminding me of our spirit angels...that Al must surely be?. Jerry

I'm sorry for your loss. This was a very touching poem. I guess nobody knows, so every day should be treated as if it were going to be the last day ever.

A very moving poem -- I have a feeling that perhaps he knew!
