if forever was today
in your arms
is where I'd stay
if tomorrow was the beginning
in your arms
is where I'd start
if yesterday was a gift
then I'll make
the best of the present
because come tomorrow..
today, will be yesterday'
if a dream
was a thought
and a thought was a spell
everything to you I will show and tell
if my heart
was to yours
as your love
was to mine
I'd have all I need
I'd be so complete
if forever
was today
in your arms
my body would sway..
day and night besides you I'd lay...
