Life

Life changes more each day
As we get older we see this in a whole new way
Life is never a pretty picture
Yet we always keep our dreams bright for the future
Parents get older
Their children grow wiser
Friends come and go
Sometimes we get lost in our own paranoia
our mind runs wild with fear and regret
Life is gonna have its ups and its downs
Life is a whirlwind of sunny days and stormy clouds
Everyday is a step closer to the end
Endings can be good
Endings can be bad
But thats life
with its strife
Things happen
why me?
its life
the way its gonna and always will be
So let yourself be free
To live another day
Strive for a bit of peace
And why not harmony?

life is fair, and sometimes it's not

You're absolutely right on target! Life, this word, we breath it, we live it, we act it; Life comes with a lot of situations, circumstances, obstacles, sunny days, hardships, blue skies, and what have you! Very good in summarizing Life! That's mainly what life's all about!
