He Is My Forever Friend...

he's my forever friend
no one can ever replace him
nor the faith and trust I have in him
with this friendship
that he and I share
I have everything in the world
he and I are so much alike
sometimes it can be very scary
he knows when I'm down
he knows I'm full of pride
many things I try to hide
but from him
they are all known
every shadow of mine has become his
every ache of mine
he takes on from far away
his phone calls I await
they always seem to fall
when I need him the most
in him
I can call upon at any time
whether he is at home
at work
or while he is driving around
i can call and count on him..
one simple call
to let him know I feel lost and alone
when lifes challenges storm my life
he had it hard from day one
I know what kept him alive
a spiritual friend
he will always be..
and I am happy that he is a friend to me..

wrote this when my mom died to my best friend James (since the 3rd grade) i needed someone to talk to and James was always there .we will always be best friends thank you James. |

| Terrie* (65.148.203.209) -- Wednesday, January 5 2005, 11:22 pm thank you for your ray of sunshine with the words you placed in front of me..James and i have been through many storms of one anothers life together since we were kids, we lose contact..only due to his moving around and missions we both must foresee and yes he tends to become happy when i share anything w/him..sometimes i believe we may have been twins separated at birth...cause we often have the same feelings and when something bad happens in our lifes we are there calling one another.. thanx for readin'/commentin'... |
