It's Not Too Late

Why is there so much hatred in this world we live in?
Do you really think it started with the first original sin?
So many hearts have grown so cold, no one seems to care.
Many lives so torn apart, no hope and much despair.
People dying everyday through hunger, violence, and war.
It doesn't even make any sense on what their fighting for.
It seems most are only focused on their selves and so much greed.
Lying, cheating, stealing, doing whatever it takes to suceed.
Never knowing who you can trust, theres evil everywhere.
Simple freedoms now long lost, living your life if you dare.
This place has become a killing field so many more will die.
It all seems so hopeless to me all I want to do is cry.
No one should have to live their lives in fear and so much pain.
It started with the loss of love between the brothers Abel, and Cain.
The only hope we all do have comes from deep within.
And he has always been there but we must let him in.
We have to overcome this or we'll surely all be lost.
The love that he has showed us came with such a cost.
Starting today change your lives, your thoughts, your ways.
Remembering who our Father is, the one that we must praise.
Love each other the best you can and help each other out.
You know that what I'm saying is the way,it's what it's all about.
