Frozen Ashes

Too many emotions built up inside
I don't know where to turn,
driven crazy in my own mind
battered wings and my soul begins to burn,
I want you by my side to comfort me
yet you don't even see the reality,
of how much I really love you true
trying to pretend it's a fantasy,
can't hide no more, won't stop
hating the fact that your not mine,
got to destroy these feelings
before I cross way over the line,
heading too far, I need control
lying in the ice cold ashes of my soul,
time to rise with the fire
and find a free singular desire!!

Frozen Ashes

this poem is wonderful in my opinion. your poem is about life, and what people feel during life. It is very real, and I like it a lot.
