Your love is like grains of sand
I can feel them slip
no matter how hard i try to cling to them
drop by drop they fall threw my fingertips.
I can see your feelings disapearing
I know I'm losing them.
I lay awake in the middle of the night
calling out your name with my desperate cries
phone pressed upon my heart
nothing is there just the broken pieces of that fell apart.
My eyes closed but all I can see is my tears bleeding
and how much i need you next to me.
Trying to hold my self together but my faith is falling
and i feel like i havent heard your voice forever
I'm begging for you
the memories are a temporary fix
but its just a few
seconds until everything comes unglued
and my heart falls into two
I'm covered with scars
that have lead me this far
they're the map to sanity
along with my blissful blade that lays next to me
Block off the pain of my broken bones
shut off the fact that you've left me..
remember you promised...you promised you wouldnt leave me alone
