The Greatest Love Of All
Author: Charmaine

vinebar

What is the greatest love of all?

It's the ability to let go,
No matter how hurt you are.
Even if you miss the person so,
And ache with longing for them.

All you ever want is for them to be happy,
Even if it means that you have to pretend you are.
It takes a long long time to be able to let go,
Itís an art you have to master and itís not an easy feat.

But day by day, Iím learning to deal with my pain,
And in time to pass, I hope that Iíll be able to let go.
So until Iíve mastered the art of letting go,
Then can I honestly say that my love for you is true.
