Admiration So Easily Put

you've been around since before i know
you've taught me things and helped me grow
you have never given up on me
and have always been there to help me see
since i was small you've been thru it all
you've been there to pick me up when i fall
to brush me off and say "keep trying"
you've done things to stop the crying
you've been there through thick and thin
and helped me get outta trouble im in
you've put up with everything ive thrown at you
and you've always known just what to do
but the thing i admire most of all
is that you've never loved me less then all
