I will find you again my love,
I will not give up this easy.
I will always be your fitting glove,
I know it sounds so cheesy.
But baby if you really listen,
And see how you make me glisten.
Just by the words you spoke,
And all the cigarettes that you smoke.
No matter what you do or who you become,
Always no where you are from.
Always know your love will be there,
And I know sometimes life wont be fair.
Always hold your head up high,
Baby your not a typical guy.
You are more then that especially to me,
My love for you will always be.
Hoping one day to hear from you,
But then again I wont know what to do.
I would probably choke and not know what to say,
I think about it till this day.
I would tell you I pray to the sky up high,
That that day wont be our last goodbye.
That I will see you again soon,
And our love will again bloom.
Remember when we first met?
At the park it was at sunset.
The basketball hit you in the face, and the cigarette bent up to your nose.
That is when my heart froze.
That's when I fell in love with you,
Baby what was I to do.?
The sparkels from your eyes,
The heart that held no lies.
For the man who stole my heart,
But soon we were to depart.
You went to jail and I found out the news,
You cheated on me but I already knew.
People make mistakes lessons are to be learned,
Everyone will have their turn.
But everyone deserves that second chance,
And you will have it just by your glance.
Then you will realize I love you so,
And soon you will really know.
If you love me come back to me,
If you dont friends we will be.
------- Author's Notes -------
I wrote this for my ex... I still love him and no matter where I am I want him to know he can come to me if he needs anything. If he wants to be with me I am here if he wants to be friends then if that's what it takes for him to be in my life. It's worth it.
