I Love Alone

I scream at the pain inside me
knowing you are my universe,
never being able to have you
there is no pain so worse,
my mind is driven to insanity
I would lose everything to be with you,
without an Angel in my life, I am nothing
my destiny has no existence or truth,

The blackened sky calls my name
and the coffin beckons me,
I cry each night longing fo love
to take me away and set me free,
my wings burn with terror and fear
afraid of a lonely destiny,
One where I cry all through time
this is my testimony:

"Never will I give in
and never will I forget you,
but without you I am nothing
and with you I do not exist,
when you are gone from my heart I live.
With this I walk alone,
I love alone!!"

:)

I hope you dont' mind me saying this, but you remind me of my fiance - he told me similar words when he confessed his love to me. It was the defining moment in my life - you are very dedicated, Ruby! And a great writer, as well! :)
