Blossoms
8 March, 2005
Author: Mackenzie

vinebar

A lump appears on her branch,
Sweet dew hangs from HER tips.
The rain droplets continue to dance
And then the unborn, the casket rips.

Bits of snow lay in balls,
The blossoms pervade and begin to breathe-
Gumballs they are that small,
Like baby teeth when a baby begins to teethe.

The blossoms splurge with luminous,
Night appears, the blossoms shrivel and retreat.
